Delivery & Returns
We take pride in our excellent delivery service, so whichever Booze Hamper you choose, rest assured that it'll be in safe hands.
We dispatch orders on Monday to Thursday. So, if you have ordered on a Friday or over the weekend it will be sent on the following Monday. This ensures your parcel doesn't get held up in transit over the weekend.
You don't have to be in to receive your delivery. Our couriers are instructed to leave your Booze Box in the designated safe place.
Our packaging is chilled using special cooling packs, and is then fully insulated using natural and environmentally friendly insulation. This means that any perishable products can last up to 48 hours out of the fridge...although we recommend refrigerating as soon as you can. Please note on supply of any alcoholic products we operate an over 18years old identification policy which our couriers will require before handing over the package.
Free UK Delivery
We know nobody likes paying for delivery, that's why we're committed to include free DPD Next Day Delivery with all orders (exclusions apply, see below).
There are a few UK addresses, usually in remote locations, where our delivery carrier charges additional fees to deliver. If you live at one of the following postcodes please allow some extra time for delivery - all orders should arrive within 7 working days of leaving the warehouse, and most arrive in 1–4.

Dispatch turnaround times:
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if you place order before 12noon Mon-Thurs. Orders placed after 12noon on these days will sent the following day (excluding Fri). If you place your order after 12noon on a Thurs it will be chopped, packed & dispatched on the following Mon.
We do give customers the choice of selecting your preferred delivery date.
If you select a delivery date please bear in mind that while we will always ship an order the day before this date. We use a third-party courier and delays can happen. If your order is for an event such as a birthday, a party, or a wedding we would always recommend allowing a day or so leeway, just in case as courier delays can happen.
Please note that certain parts of the British Isles including the Islands and the Scottish Highlands are harder to get to and therefore increase the chance of longer delivery times.
For all subsequent subscription deliveries, the same dispatch rules apply. We will make sure your Booze Hamper gets to you within 3-4 working days of the next subscription date. For example, if you place your initial monthly subscription order on 4th March, your next box will be scheduled to be with you on or around the 4th of April, and so on.
We don’t accept returns of opened alcoholic drinks, snacks, or other perishable goods. We do however accept returns of all other non-perishable products. In the unlikely event that there is a quality concern around your alcoholic drinks, we may ask you to send us some photos to help us better understand the issue.
